Kids Club Attendant

Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities and games.

Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs for kids, including arts & crafts, team sports, and themed events.

Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, monitoring the behavior and well-being of all guests in the Kids Club areas.

Foster positive interactions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing any concerns.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club areas, including playrooms, game zones, and recreational spaces.

Ensure all safety and emergency protocols are followed, including monitoring of the resort’s pool and outdoor areas.

Assist with organizing special events or themed parties for children and teens.

Provide excellent customer service, upholding the hotel’s reputation for luxury and quality service.

Prior experience working with children in a recreational, childcare, or hospitality setting (preferred, especially in a resort or luxury hotel).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage children, and parents.

Energetic, creative, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for young guests.

Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
