Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll be working with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be on streamlining Lead pipelines and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems to create seamless experiences.

The impact you'll make:

• Maintain integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lead ingestion platforms such as Blend & Active Prospect.
• Perform routine administrative tasks in Salesforce, including user management, data processing, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and automation.
• Develop and implement new Salesforce features to enhance business operations.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal applications.
• Build and maintain data reporting and dashboards for Sales enablement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing solutions.

Technology Stack:

• Salesforce Apex, Velocify Pulse, Flow Automation Builder (or Process Builder)
• Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
• Object-oriented programming principles
• Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (preferred)
• DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX (nice to have)

What you'll bring to us:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and platform capabilities.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
