Key responsibilities

- Capture business, technical, operational, and stakeholder requirements.
- Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and impacts.
- Support analysis of changes across airline integrations, digital platforms, and third-party services.
- Work closely with architects and engineering leads to translate complex solution thinking into clear artefacts.
- Help manage stakeholder communications and ensure impacted teams understand upcoming changes.
- Track dependencies and potential breaking changes across multiple consuming platforms.
- Support workshops, working sessions, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a clear audit trail of what has changed, why decisions were made, and what teams need to do next.
- Help reduce delivery risk by keeping teams aligned and information accessible.
Experience required
- Experience in travel, airline, loyalty, or customer-facing digital platforms.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology or transformation programmes.
- Excellent documentation skills, particularly using Confluence and Jira.
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, product, and delivery teams.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements and solutions evolve over time.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business-facing documentation.
- Experience tracking dependencies, impacts, risks, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to keep momentum in fast-moving delivery environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with API/integration-heavy programmes.
- Experience supporting architecture or platform modernization work.
- Previous experience in enterprise-scale environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
