Job Description:

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or a related discipline.
→
Over 20 years of experience in design, including 10 years in technical coordination roles for site infrastructure and landscape projects.
→
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams in large-scale projects.
→
Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
→
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
→
Ability to manage multiple design packages and deliverables simultaneously.
→
Proficient in design and document control tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, etc.).

Previous experience working on infrastructure or large-scale projects in the Middle East.
Working knowledge of digital design tools and platforms such as BIM, Navisworks, or similar.
Understanding project controls including cost, risk, and schedule integration.
Experience working with government or semi-government clients.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, PE, or equivalent) would be an advantage.
KSA Driving License.
