Manage high-volume candidate correspondence and screening calls. Coordinate interviews and lead candidate preparation sessions. Ensure our data and recruitment metrics are accurate and up to date. What we are looking for: Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). A "ball juggling" mentality - you are proactive, dedicated, and handle high volumes with ease. We are located in the Southern Suburbs, it is an in office position and not near public transport so this will need to be considered.
