Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B Business regulated by RBI as it allows only authorized entities to conduct PA PG (Payment Aggregator Payment Gateway) business.

The Central Data Platform Team oversees a range of data-related functions that include data management, ensuring data quality, timely availability and creating data strategy across the majority of business verticals. By using data analytics and business intelligence we help teams to draw valuable insights from data. We are responsible for the utilization and governance of data across the organization and also support analytics and reporting on products, customers, operations, and markets. We own the in- house data stream analytics product handling millions of users & billions of events across all verticals/entities in Paytm. We try to underpin the strategy and direction of the business with the data. About the Role: Must have the ability to work with Architecture governance, DevOps and Engineering teams to set up the CICD pipeline. Must be hands-on to implement the changes to the pipeline and operationally manage the same.

 

1.      Requirement for 6 to 9 years of experience in Devops Engineering

2.      Hands on Experience in any of BD  (Hadoop, Kafka, EMRs, Ranger, Spark, Hive, Starburst, Looker, TigerGraph, Neo4j) will be a plus

3.      Strong practical knowledge of managing AWS Infrastructure specially EC2, Load Balancers, Cloud Front, Elastic Cache, EBS, S3, IAM, Cloud Watch, Auto Scaling, Lambda, etc.

4.      Understanding of open source server software (such as tomcat, hbase, Kafka, MYSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch)

5.      Very good Experience in Infra automation (Ansible, Terraform, could formation or others)

6.      Hands-on Experience in Kubernetes / EKS / Docker / ECS etc

7.      Hands-on experience in writing automation using Shell, Python, PowerShell.

8.      Strong experience in Jenkins / Maven / Gradle etc

9.      Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline using JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Nexus, docker.

10.  Hands-on in CI/CD automation for EC2 / ASG / EKS / ECS using helm / jenkins and other tools

 

1.      Experience in Configuration Management / DevOps / CI:CD / Agile

2.      Very good knowledge in administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems like centos / ubuntu etc

3.      Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

4.      Good experience in security compliance fixing on Systems like OS upgrade / Patching / Kernel optimization etc. Understanding of security in cloud solutions (API security, HTTPS, TLS, etc).

5.      Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)

6.      Knowledge of SQL Queries will be an added advantage
