Role Overview

Are you naturally curious? Do you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with different teams, and turning ideas into reality? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your product management career.

We're looking for an entry-level Product Owner who is eager to learn, passionate about technology, and excited to help build solutions that make a real difference for customers. You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to help shape products from concept to delivery.

  • Partner with Product Managers to understand product strategy, priorities, and customer needs.
  • Help translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to draft and refine them.
  • Help build and maintain reusable prompt templates for recurring tasks such as story generation and refinement prep.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, and business teams.
  • Assist with prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Test new functionality, validate that solutions meet business requirements, and confirm completed stories meet the team's definition of done.
  • Support release planning and help set expectations for delivery of new functionality.
  • Track product performance and help identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.
  • Document processes, workflows, and product requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, middleware, services, and SQL.
  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other productivity technologies.
  • Interest in prompt engineering — writing clear, context-rich prompts and iterating on them to improve AI-generated stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including translating between technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, and basic diagrams to convey ideas.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Build a strong understanding of our customers and products.
  • Become confident writing user stories and managing backlog items.
  • Develop productive partnerships with engineering and business teams.
  • Help deliver features that create measurable customer value.
  • Grow your understanding of Agile development and product management best practices.
  • Influence product decisions through customer and data-driven insights.
    • Learn directly from experienced product leaders.
    • Gain exposure to every stage of the product lifecycle.
    • Work with modern technologies, AI initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
    • Contribute to products used by thousands of customers.
    • Enjoy clear career growth opportunities into Product Owner II, Product Manager, and other product leadership roles.
