Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused Construction Project Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and develop new skills. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers, gain practical experience in construction and property restoration, and develop the skills needed to build a successful career in project management.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers on job sites and with daily operations
• Transport documents, materials, and equipment to/from customers, offices, and sites
• Help coordinate deliveries and keep materials organized
• Provide basic job updates
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
• Assist with administrative and general project tasks

What We Need

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. daily
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable in active construction/restoration environments
• Construction, demolition, or restoration experience a plus, but not required
