Logistics Project Assistant

• →Lead launch calls to coordinate multiple disciplines, including Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, Procurement, and others as needed to ensure successful launch of new Points of Access.
• →Assist in the management of logistics projects related to operational changes, expansions, and other strategic initiatives.
• →Act as the administrative lead, scheduling project meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, taking meeting notes, and creating status reports.
• →Support manager in tracking project performance, ensuring the successful completion of both short- and long-term project goals.
• →Ensure timely and accurate system updates related to launches and operational changes.
• →Coordination with procurement and suppliers to ensure display supply to support expansion activity.
• →Fixture and display tracking and maintenance.
• →Ensure that project updates are regularly communicated to all relevant parties through reports, presentations, and meetings.

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sense of ownership and accountability; consistent follow through and reliability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in a project coordination or support role, especially in operations, logistics, or facilities management.
