Restaurant Floater

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Restaurant Floater to join our team. As a Restaurant Floater, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by preparing quality meals, crafting beverages, or providing attentive table service. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

• →Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• →Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management.
• →Support servers by delivering food and assisting guests as needed.
• →Assist with bartending duties, including preparing beverages and maintaining the bar area when required.
• →Help with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
• →Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Flexible to assist in kitchen, dining room, and bar operations as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
