- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead, delegate, and hold teams accountable.
- Experience using landscape management tools such as Aspire and Gantt-based project plans in Monday.com
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the client experience from project kickoff through completion, maintaining proactive communication around scope, budget, timelines, changes, and expectations.
- →Support the pre-construction and bidding process by developing detailed project plans, labor requirements, material takeoffs, equipment needs, subcontractor scopes, and potential project risks.
- →Review estimates to ensure projects are buildable, executable, and aligned with field production capabilities.
- →Translate design intent into a clear and practical project execution strategy. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, sequencing, dependencies, and milestones using Monday.com and Gantt-based planning.
- →Prepare and deliver complete project packages to Operations prior to project launch, including approved plans, estimates, subcontractor scopes, material schedules, permits, logistics, milestones, and risk-mitigation plans.
- →Provide Operations with consistent visibility into project status, subcontractor progress, schedule changes, risks, delays, and necessary adjustments.
- →Identify appropriate upsell and change-order opportunities that support both client needs and revenue growth.
- →Other responsibilities as required.
