We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Pool Technician-Senior to join our team. You’ll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile. We offer our experienced Pool Technicians a competitive pay of $25-$33/hour based on experience. We also offer paid vacation, paid holidays, and a Simple IRA plan with a company match, training, certifications and room to grow. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Responsibilities

→Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
→Test and balance water chemistry
→Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
→Repair and install pool equipment
→Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
→Document service visits and keep accurate records
→Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
→Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members

Requirements

3+ years experience in pool maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
Valid driver’s license (ability to pass background check)

Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
Familiarity with pool automation systems
Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
