Senior Interior Designer (Documentation & Delivery)

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with a strong focus on technical documentation, detailing, and project delivery. This role is centered on translating approved design concepts into accurate, buildable construction drawings for high-end and complex interior projects.

You will work closely with design leads, project managers, and consultants to ensure that all drawings, details, and specifications are aligned with project requirements and delivered to a high standard.

• → Prepare and develop detailed construction drawings and documentation packages
• → Produce joinery drawings, millwork details, and interior technical detailing
• → Develop and document material finishes, specifications, and schedules
• → Translate design intent into accurate, buildable solutions
• → Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• → Support delivery across design development to construction phases
• → Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy across all outputs
• → Manage assigned deliverables and meet project deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 4–6+ years of experience in interior design (documentation-focused)
• Strong experience in:
  • Construction documentation
  • Joinery and millwork detailing
  • Material and finishes specification
• Experience working on high-end, hospitality, commercial, or complex interior projects
• Experience in structured design or consultancy environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under deadlines

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Experience with drawing production and detailing workflows
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
