We're looking for a Billing Specialist to support an Australian client within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) industry. This role is primarily focused on troubleshooting billing-related issues, account setup, and data migration/transfer within MYOB AccountRight.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up customer and participant accounts in MYOB AccountRight
Transfer, upload, and validate billing and financial data
Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, invoice issues, and data errors
Prepare and upload NDIA and plan-managed invoices
Handle CSV imports, reconciliations, and data validation
Maintain accurate billing records and support process improvements
Assist in organizing billing templates and workflows

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with MYOB AccountRight (required)
Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, or AR
Exposure to AU accounting or finance operations
Experience with account setup, troubleshooting, or data migration is highly preferred
NDIS billing exposure is a plus
Comfortable with a part-time, project-based setup (6–15 hrs/week)
