We are currently looking for a highly qualified professional to join a great team, working as a Senior Technical Consultant.

 

Our Consultants are responsible for supporting Island wide clients with highly complex Active Directory, routing and switching multi -protocol configuration. This role is responsible for executing daily maintenance procedures and reporting, troubleshooting and problem management, device configuration and standards compliance maintenance and much more. This role will also provide coordination with other operational experts to diagnose and correlate issues for root cause analysis and remediation. The applicant fulfilling this role will also configure Servers, Applications, firewalls, switches, routers, and document and track changes.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR TECHNICAL CONSULTANT:

  • 10+ years of IT/IS experience using Microsoft Technologies • 10+ years’ experience in IP and networking • Expert-level Experience in MS Active Directory 2012/2025 • Expert-level Experience in MS Exchange 2010/2013/2019 and MS GP Dynamics • Expert-Level Experience in MS Hyper V –VMWARE Technology • Working Knowledge of Cisco switches and routers •Working knowledge of Firewall and VPN technologies, i.e. Checkpoint, SonicWall and Ubiquity. • End-to-end knowledge of IT operations and process/procedures development • Working experience with problem management, root cause analysis, escalation and paging/ notification • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) • Exceptional writing skills and knowledge on how to construct functional specifications, business processes, and policies. • Expert Experience Servers, and PC Hardware • Knowledge of Medical Applications and Technology such as Medisoft, Ultrasound and MRI equipment • Working knowledge in web, DNS, Domain space, Crystal Reports, Cybersecurity • Working knowledge in SQL Language (querying a SQL Server database via Access/Excel or other DB application) •Expert-level experience in Office 365, SharePoint and Windows Azure.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

CCNA or CCNP Certification (Cisco) CCSA or CCSE Certification (Checkpoint), Microsoft Certifications Note: Short listed applicants will be asked to complete a practical assessment. Please apply no later than May 29th 2026
