Perpetual Vegetable Co. is a 100-acre family-run greenhouse growing Bell Peppers and Long English Cucumbers. We are a fast-paced operation focused on quality, teamwork, and efficiency.

🚜 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to support greenhouse, cooler, and packhouse operations. This is a hands-on role — employees are expected to help physically with warehouse and operational tasks, not remain on the forklift all shift.

🔧 Responsibilities
• Safely operate forklifts and rotators
• Dump garbage bins using forklift rotator attachment
• Load, unload, and move product efficiently
• Support shipping, receiving, and packhouse operations
• Work in both cooler and warm greenhouse environments
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures

🛠️ Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years with a 5,000lb pneumatic forklift experience
• Strong safety record
• Experience operating forklift rotators is an asset
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable and consistent attendance
