Position: HR Officer
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Work model: hybrid (4 days office, 1 day Work-From-Home (Wednesdays))
Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)
Remuneration: fixed monthly payment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling
Assist with onboarding activities including document preparation and coordination of employee orientation
Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring data accuracy
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Prepare and manage HR documentation including contracts, letters and internal policies
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters
Assist in organising training sessions and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws
Support end-to-end HR processes and internal communication.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Up to 2 years of relevant HR experience is desired
Basic understanding of HR functions and local labour laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 01 PM - 08 PM Thailand time.
