About the Role

We are seeking a foundational Technician I to perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs), safely operate mechanical repair tools, and help sustain day-to-day warehouse or production conveyor uptime.

Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday through Monday, 0700-1730 / 7am-5:30pm)
** Must be able to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based onsite in our Belton, MO fulfillment center.

Responsibilities

→Execute Safety Protocols: Conduct basic LOTO procedures to guarantee zero-energy work pockets within 6 feet of the working location
→Perform System Inspections: Identify operational hazards linked to mechanical movements and electrical shock; complete fall hazard training courses
→Conduct Field Maintenance: Use drills, impacts, and hand tools to perform basic mechanical updates, checking metric vs. standard fastener matches
→Support Part Replacements: Identify and track basic conveyor parts; record daily maintenance logs while maintaining chemical storage areas safely
