About the Role

Own and manage a pipeline of inbound customer enquiries, progressing applications through to funded loans

Use a customer-focused approach to understand needs, explain options clearly, and confidently address questions or concerns

Engage customers across phone, email, SMS, and live chat to drive sales conversion and deliver a seamless experience

Proactively re-engage warm leads and stalled applications to maximise conversion opportunities

Deliver personalised customer experiences while maintaining a strong focus on responsible lending and compliance

Maintain accurate CRM records, capture insights, and escalate complex cases where required

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance

2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused or sales role (e.g. call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close opportunities

Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
