About the Role

  • Own and manage a pipeline of inbound customer enquiries, progressing applications through to funded loans

  • Use a customer-focused approach to understand needs, explain options clearly, and confidently address questions or concerns

  • Engage customers across phone, email, SMS, and live chat to drive sales conversion and deliver a seamless experience

  • Proactively re-engage warm leads and stalled applications to maximise conversion opportunities

  • Deliver personalised customer experiences while maintaining a strong focus on responsible lending and compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, capture insights, and escalate complex cases where required

  • Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused or sales role (e.g. call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close opportunities

  • Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
