Job Responsibilities / Job Brief
  • Support day-to-day operations of Human Capital functions and duties
  • Maintain and update employee files and records
  • Assist with HR automation and digitalization projects
  • Prepare documentation and reports related to personnel activities (e.g., staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
  • Coordinate HC projects including meetings, training sessions, and surveys
  • Provide relevant data to assist in payroll preparation
  • Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Support recruitment activities and maintain candidate databases
  • Assist with product and event management initiatives
  • Contribute to campus engagement and outreach programs
  • Participation in ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in a human resources role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Good to have
  • Basic understanding of labor laws
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and data management in Asia locations
