Ready to reinforce our Poppy Customer Service team? As a Customer Service Agent, you will keep the engine running and help us level up: taking ownership of customer interactions, delivering outstanding support and helping strengthen customer loyalty as we continue to grow and expand.

Within this scope, your main responsibilities will include:
You are the first point of contact for our customers (via mail, live chat, call) and ensure every interaction reflects the Poppy vibe and tone-of-voice.
You support customers throughout their journey and proactively think along to create the best possible customer experience.
You help monitor and maintain the quality of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
You identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to help improve processes and overall customer experience.
You bring a solid first experience (1-3 years) in both hands-on back-office support and customer-facing roles.
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
You are digitally fluent and comfortable working with various tools and platforms.
You are a true customer advocate: someone who listens, cares and goes the extra mile with a positive attitude and a smile.
You have a strong commercial mindset and are a true team player.
Not required, but bonus points if you are already a proud Poppy customer and advocate.
