Ready to reinforce our Poppy Customer Service team? As a Customer Service Agent, you will keep the engine running and help us level up: taking ownership of customer interactions, delivering outstanding support and helping strengthen customer loyalty as we continue to grow and expand.

Within this scope, your main responsibilities will include:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers (via mail, live chat, call) and ensure every interaction reflects the Poppy vibe and tone-of-voice.

  • You support customers throughout their journey and proactively think along to create the best possible customer experience.

  • You help monitor and maintain the quality of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.

  • You identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team to help improve processes and overall customer experience.

  • You bring a solid first experience (1-3 years) in both hands-on back-office support and customer-facing roles.

  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

  • You are digitally fluent and comfortable working with various tools and platforms. 

  • You are a true customer advocate: someone who listens, cares and goes the extra mile with a positive attitude and a smile.

  • You have a strong commercial mindset and are a true team player. 

  • Not required, but bonus points if you are already a proud Poppy customer and advocate.
