With your help we want to take our first product NeuroLF to the markets!
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer, who will contribute to the development of our electrical designs in NeuroLF - our clinical Positron Emission Tomography system. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and testing of electronic circuits and systems in our nuclear medical imaging devices. You help build complex medical products while ensuring high quality, reliability, safety for patients, and maintainability.
Responsibilities
~1 min readDevelopment of electronic system solutions for nuclear medical devices, comprising light detection sensors, high-speed networking interfaces (Ethernet), FPGA data acquisition and processing, power / bias supply & distribution, fast signal routing, serial interfaces.
- →Develop and optimize VHDL modules for real-time high-speed data acquisition
- →Implement high-throughput DSP algorithms for pulse processing and gamma-ray event detection.
- →Develop application firmware for SoC such as Xilinx Zynq
- →Design and execute unit and component tests in simulation environments to validate timing and logic.
- →Multilayer PCB design & development (experience with Altium Designer is preferred) for EMC
- →Assembly, testing and troubleshooting of parts and final products in laboratory (use of oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyser, etc.)
- →Cable harness and routing for electro-magnetic compatibility
- →Collaboration with suppliers & manufacturers
- →Technical design, development, and documentation in accordance with medical device regulations (IEC 60601-1, ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
Requirements
