~1 min read- Create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
- Prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides with care and pride
- Keep our shop clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Bring positive energy and teamwork to every shift
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts
- Set the tone for great customer experiences
- Support training and development of Team Members
- Help manage daily operations while living the Potbelly Way
