Construction Estimator

The Senior Estimator is a key contributor responsible for preparing detailed electrical estimates across a variety of projects. This role involves interpreting blueprints, performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project bids. This position will play an active role in mentoring and developing new estimators to support team growth and success.

• →High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• →Higher education in Architectural Technology (or related) OR equivalent experience preferred
• →8+ years experience in electrical construction estimating
• →Exposure to or experience working with estimating software required
• →Knowledge of electrical construction preferred
• →Ability to read and understand various construction documents proficiently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
• Strong self-motivation, work ethic, and drive for career growth
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Office environment, requiring sitting and standing, and extended amounts of time using a computer/keyboard at a single workstation.
