Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as the case manager for students receiving resource services.
- →Provide specialized instruction in small-group settings aligned to students' IEP goals.
- →Support students through push-in and pull-out services as appropriate.
- →Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- →Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are implemented effectively.
- →Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs.
- →Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support.
- →Use data to make instructional decisions and adjust interventions.
- →Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
- →Participate in professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Texas Special Education certification.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience serving students in a resource setting.
- Experience with ARD meetings and IEP implementation.
- Knowledge of evidence-based reading and math interventions.
- Strong organizational and data-tracking skills.
