Princess Polly is the global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower impact and accessible apparel. Established as an online force in the Australian retail scene in 2010, Princess Polly quickly became the clothing brand found in every influencer haul, viral TikTok, Instagram OOTD and celeb street looks. Now, one of the fastest-growing online women's fashion brands in the USA, Princess Polly has been delivering the best online shopping experience to customers worldwide for over 10 years.

As a part of A.K.A Brands; we are a global player with offices located in Los Angeles and Australia’s Gold Coast. With big plans ahead, we're always on the hunt for new talent to join our global team.

We have built an iconic online brand and now we are bringing Princess Polly from URL to IRL… with our next stop Pacific Fair.

As our Assistant Store Manager (ASM), you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, making sure the energy, service, and operations of our Pacific Fair flagship stay on point every single day. You will set the pace on the sales floor, motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. When the Store Manager is away, you will step up and take charge, ensuring consistency and momentum never miss a beat.

This is your chance to be part of our retail expansion journey right here on the Gold Coast, the home of our dynamic digital brand and play a key role in shaping what Princess Polly looks and feels like IRL for our community.
