We are looking for Senior PM for Data Platform, owning the data product layer that the rest of Nelly builds on top of.

Your primary customers are internal: the Billing Agent team, AI Scribe, Treatment Plan Agent, Risk & Financing, and the engineers across Nelly who depend on reliable, well-defined data to ship. The job is to make working with that data effortless so that when a team needs to know what a patient's treatment history looks like, or how a billing code maps across two different PMS systems, there's a canonical answer they can trust.

This means thinking end-to-end: from how raw data flows in from practice management systems, through ingestion and transformation pipelines, to the versioned, governed assets that product teams and AI agents consume. You don't need to build the pipelines yourself, but you need to own the platform thinking behind them - how they're structured, what contracts they expose, and how they scale to new PMSs and use cases without fragmenting into one-off solutions.

We are a Tech Company and we believe healthcare should feel a lot less like paperwork… and a lot more like people. So we’re building the technology that lets medical practices run smoothly, simply, and without all the admin chaos that slows everyone down.

Our platform turns messy processes into smart, automated workflows, from patient journeys to billing to next-generation payments. Powered by AI, built for real humans, and designed to give medical teams the time and headspace they desperately need.

Why? Because Europe is facing a massive shortage of medical assistants. And if we don’t rethink how practices operate, the system won’t be able to keep up. We’re here to fix that, not with band-aids, but with real transformation.

We’re backed by €50M in Series B funding from world-class investors and are scaling fast to build Europe’s leading healthcare fintech. Our vision: empower over a million medical practices and make life better for millions of patients.

But here's the part we’re proudest of: we only work with nice people. It’s our number-one rule. No egos, no drama. Just kind, curious, hardworking humans building something meaningful together.

If that sounds like your kind of place: welcome to Nelly.

  • Experience with internal data product. Not a dashboard or a BI report, rather something other engineering teams built on top of. You understand what it means to treat a data entity as a product with real consumers, contracts, and SLAs

  • A a strong cross-functional PM experience: You can define requirements, align stakeholders with competing needs, write crisp specs, and drive decisions to closure - without engineering authority and without waiting for someone to hand you the problem statement.

  • Thinking in canonical models and contracts. You're comfortable reasoning about grain, schema, ownership, and lineage at the right level of abstraction. You don't need to write pipelines, but you need to understand them well enough to make smart trade-offs with engineers.

  • Ability to connect platform work to business outcomes. You know how to measure whether a data platform is working - adoption, data quality, SLA adherence, time-to-integration - and you know how to tie those metrics back to the things Nelly cares about.

  • High agency. You take ownership in ambiguous spaces. You don't wait for the problem to be fully defined before forming a point of view. You surface blockers early and drive alignment rather than consensus.
