At Projective Group, we partner with financial services organisations to help them navigate complex change. Our expertise spans payments, data, transformation and risk across consulting, strategy and managed services.
Founded in Belgium in 2006, Projective Group now has more than 1,000 colleagues across Europe, including around 200 in the UK. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced People Partner with strong employee relations experience to join our UK People team.
This role sits within our UK People function, providing guidance on employee relations and employment law matters. Alongside this, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our wider people practices.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, supporting managers across the business and helping ensure decisions are fair, pragmatic and aligned with both employment law and our company values.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced consultancy or client-driven environment, where priorities can evolve quickly, and collaboration across teams is essential. This role suits someone who is comfortable balancing employee relations with a broader range of People responsibilities in a commercially focused business.
This is a genuinely varied, hands-on role. While employee relations will be a core focus, you will also be involved in policy development, people governance and wider People team initiatives. You will contribute to projects and continuous improvement activities across the function, supporting how we operate as the business continues to grow.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders and the UK COO, and collaborate with colleagues across recruitment, people development and people operations.
