CZ: Junior Controller

Our respected Client, a leading European Real Estate Investment, Development, and Management company, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Junior Accountant & Controller Junior Accountant & Controller /Czech Prague/ CZ/2509/JRAC Main responsibilities: Process and archive invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts per project Maintain vendor ledgers and keep liabilities up to date Prepare weekly payment overviews for approval Monitor project costs, commitments, and forecasts vs. the approved budget every month Maintain and improve project controlling tools and systems Prepare monthly reporting pack: P&L by project, cash position, and upcoming liabilities Contribute to process improvement and standardization of reporting practices Coordinate day-to-day with Finance Manager – Private Projects and external accountants Support procurement, vendor communication, and document control as needed Ensure all project data and documentation are audit-ready and stored in a single source of truth Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling (preferably construction or project controlling) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; meticulous documentation; high discretion Strong analytical and numerical skills; problem-solving mindset Comfortable working with deadlines Fluent Czech (native) and good English required; Dutch is a plus Experience with purchase orders, vendor contracts, and invoice processing Ability to monitor budgets, commitments, and forecasts every month Proactive communicator, able to coordinate with finance managers and external accountants Client offers: A collaborative and international working environment within a growing industry leader A chance to develop further within a highly professional team Competitive remuneration and benefits Exposure to cross-border projects and initiatives across our clients' platform If you are interested in that opportunity, please apply by sending your updated CV by "I'm Interested" button.
