As the platform continues to evolve, the company is looking to strengthen its regional integration and business capabilities by hiring an EU Coordination & Business Integration Lead based in Warsaw. EU Coordination & Business Integration Lead /Warsaw-based/ PL/2505/EUCBI Position Overview: This is a unique hybrid role combining regional coordination across European markets with hands-on involvement in local client work and business development. We are looking for a commercially minded professional who can connect markets, people, and opportunities, while actively contributing to revenue generation and client delivery. The position offers direct exposure to the CEO / Founder and the opportunity to shape how a multi-market platform operates in practice. Key Responsibilities: European Coordination: Act as a central coordination point across key European markets, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective communication. Cross-Market Integration: Facilitate the flow of market intelligence, opportunities, and collaboration across countries. Regional Initiatives: Support and drive cross-border initiatives and cooperation. Service Development: Structure and integrate regional capabilities into coherent, client-ready solutions. International Clients: Support multi-market mandates and cross-border client engagements. Business Development: Participate in pitches, client meetings, and international pursuits. Client Delivery: Contribute to execution of complex assignments across multiple markets. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders on both advisory and client side. Local Operations: Engage directly in client servicing, transactional work, and execution within the Warsaw market. Market Positioning: Contribute to strengthening the local offering and market presence. Qualifications: Experience: Experience in professional services, advisory, real estate, consulting, or similar environments. International Exposure: Exposure to multi-country or regional structures (European scope preferred). Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior stakeholders and clients. Skillset: Ability to operate across strategy, coordination, and execution. Business Judgment: Strong analytical and structured thinking. Communication: Clear, concise, and executive-level communication skills. Independence: Ability to operate autonomously without heavy process or oversight. Commercial Mindset: Client-oriented with strong business curiosity. Personality Fit: Pragmatic, low-ego, execution-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
