As the platform continues to evolve, the company is looking to strengthen its regional integration and business capabilities by hiring an EU Coordination & Business Integration Lead based in Warsaw. EU Communications & Coordination Lead /Warsaw-based/ PL/2505/EUCCL Position Overview: Our client is an established commercial real estate advisory platform operating across key European markets. The firm combines local market execution with international collaboration, supporting clients across advisory, transactional, and cross-border mandates. As the platform continues to evolve, the company is looking to strengthen its regional integration, cross-market collaboration, and business capabilities through the appointment of an EU Communications & Coordination Lead based in Warsaw. Key Responsibilities: European Coordination: Act as a central coordination point across European markets, supporting alignment, communication flow, and collaboration between countries. Cross-Market Integration: Facilitate the exchange of market intelligence, business opportunities, and cooperation across multiple markets. Regional Initiatives: Support and coordinate cross-border initiatives, international projects, and regional collaboration efforts. Service Development: Contribute to integrating regional capabilities into coherent client solutions and regional value propositions. International Clients: Support multi-market mandates and cross-border client engagements across European markets. Business Development: Participate in client meetings, pitches, relationship development, and international pursuits. Client Delivery: Contribute to execution of complex advisory and cross-border assignments across multiple markets. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders on both advisory and client side. Local Operations: Engage directly in client servicing, transactional activities, and project execution within the Warsaw market. Market Positioning: Contribute to strengthening the company’s local market presence and business development activities. Qualifications: Experience: Experience in professional services, advisory, real estate, consulting, or similar business environments. International Exposure: Exposure to international, multi-market, or regional structures within Europe. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior stakeholders and clients across dynamic business environments. Skillset: Ability to operate effectively across strategy, coordination, business development, and execution. Business Judgment: Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and commercial awareness. Communication: Clear, concise, and executive-level communication and interpersonal skills. Independence: Ability to operate autonomously without heavy structure, process, or oversight. Commercial Mindset: Client-oriented with strong business curiosity and relationship-building capabilities. Personality Fit: Pragmatic, low-ego, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments. Seniority: High-potential and commercially minded profiles preferred over highly corporate or overly hierarchical candidates.
