For their Budapest portfolio, we are looking for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of advertising revenue and commercial partnerships across high-traffic retail destinations. Media Sales / Specialty Leasing Specialist /Budapest-based/ HU/2604/MSCP Do you want to work with top brands, close real deals, and see your ideas come to life in high-traffic retail destinations? In this role, you won’t just sell advertising, you’ll build partnerships, create brand presence, and turn footfall into revenue. From media campaigns to on-site activations, you’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and retail. It’s a dynamic position with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business and making things happen. Main Responsibilities: Drive advertising and media revenue across shopping center channels (OOH and DOOH). Actively acquire new clients including brands, media agencies, and direct advertisers. Identify and monetize additional commercial opportunities including pop-ups, kiosks, and short-term activations. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term partners. Prepare tailored commercial offers aligned with client needs and internal pricing strategy. Lead negotiations and close deals, taking full ownership of the sales cycle. Deliver impactful sales presentations to clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activations. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new revenue opportunities. Contribute to innovative commercial concepts combining media, retail, and brand experience. Track performance, maintain CRM discipline, and report on revenue and pipeline. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, specialty leasing, or similar commercial roles. Proven track record in new business acquisition and closing deals. Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and unlock revenue opportunities. Experience selling advertising, space, or brand activation solutions is a strong advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with high autonomy. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Good understanding of advertising, retail, or commercial real estate environment. Native Hungarian and good command of English. Proficiency in MS Office.
