Team Attendant - Boom (Part-Time)

Basketball enthusiasts, ages 18 and up, may apply to become a member of the Noblesville Boom Team Attendant program. Our program has a reputation as one of the best in the G-League, and we are looking for professional, hardworking, and enthusiastic people to join our team!

This position is based in Noblesville, Indiana and requires in-person work at The Arena at Innovation Mile.

• →Team attendants rotate among many different roles, including but not limited to:
  • →Setting up the court and locker rooms (pre-game)
  • →Loading In/Out the Visiting Team
  • →Sweeping and wiping the court floor
  • →Distributing water, towels, and warm-ups during timeouts
  • →Folding warm-ups and towel
  • →Assisting with laundry needs
  • →Rebounding for players before the game and during halftime
  • →Post-game court and locker room breakdown
• →Other duties as assigned

• Experience in organized basketball as a player or assistant is preferred but not required
• Ability to consistently arrive at work at least three hours prior to game time to ensure proper preparation and support for team and event operations
• Demonstrated professionalism and focus while on duty
• Strong commitment to serving others in a courteous, selfless, and professional manner, always maintaining a positive and team-oriented attitude

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in the Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
