Acute Occupational Therapist - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team in the Isle of Man. This role involves working within an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges.

• →Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment.
• →Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.
• →Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
• →Promote independence and functional recovery for patients.

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in acute inpatient care.
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
