Location: North Kent (Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley & Swale)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £24.00–£32.00 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join a busy and supportive team in North Kent. This role covers a large geographical area including Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and Swale, providing a dynamic and varied community caseload.

You will be working with adult patients across a range of settings including their own homes, nursing homes, community inpatient rehabilitation wards, outpatient clinics, and virtual platforms where appropriate. The caseload primarily focuses on dysphagia, alongside some communication needs, supporting individuals with conditions such as dementia, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

This opportunity is ideal for a Band 6 or Band 7 therapist who is confident managing a complex caseload and enjoys working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. While remote working may be considered, there is a preference for candidates who can initially provide face-to-face support.
