Band 2 - Health Care Assistant (HCA) - Worcester

• →Assisting in the assessment of patients' conditions and helping to prioritise care based on their needs.
• →Providing initial support and interventions to help stabilise patients, including basic care measures when needed.
• →Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their condition.
• →Supporting the medical team with diagnostic tests and helping to interpret the results.
• →Administering medications and assisting with treatments as directed by physicians.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in relevant general settings (within the last 12 to 18 months)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and days.
• A current DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check (assistance with this can be provided if needed).
