As an ITU nurse, you play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients in the Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU) . Your expertise in critical care, monitoring, and patient advocacy is invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

→Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in ITU settings
→Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
→Carry out assessments, administer treatments, and manage intensive care procedures.
→Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as required.
→Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients' families.

Requirements

Critical Care Skills: Strong understanding of critical care procedures, monitoring, and patient safety.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility & Reliability: Willingness to work across various shifts including nights, weekends and Days .
A current DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check (Pulse Nursing can help facilitate this).
