Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
- →Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- →Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventions
- →Support patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recovery
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- →Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of need
- →Ensure the delivery of care in line with mental health legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards

- Previous experience in mental health nursing
