We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum Radiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Derby. This 6-month contract offers a competitive pay rate of £25.00 - £26.00 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday, including shifts from 0800-1600, 0900-1700, and 1200-2000. This role is perfect for a skilled radiotherapist looking to contribute to a dynamic team and deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities

You will maintain accurate patient records, perform quality assurance checks, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans and outcomes. Providing patient support and education throughout their treatment journey will also be a key aspect of your role.
Requirements

- Current registration with the HCPC.
- Previous experience as a Radiotherapist, preferably at Band 6 level.
- Proficiency in advanced radiotherapy equipment and techniques.
- Strong understanding of radiotherapy safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality patient care.
- Varian and Aria experience ideally
