Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 7 CBT Therapist, you will provide high-quality, structured psychological therapy using CBT models to individuals referred through primary or secondary care mental health services. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and deliver individual and group-based interventions. You will also contribute to clinical supervision, service development, and outcome monitoring, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated care.

- Full accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
- Experience delivering CBT in NHS or equivalent settings
- Strong clinical formulation and therapeutic skills
- Experience working with a range of mental health presentations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
