Conduct data analysis to transform insights into valuable information to support corporate excellence
initiatives.
➢ Research and recommend corporate excellence best practices, providing guidance on problem solving tools
and methodologies.
➢ Contribute to develop and implement processes, systems, and practices that enhance operational efficiency
and drive continuous improvement.
➢ Assist in documenting and tracking special projects initiated or overseen by the CEO Office, ensuring
effective coordination with relevant stakeholders to achieve objectives.
➢ Support to provide regular progress updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and escalating issues
requiring executive decisions.
➢ Support to follow up on corporate risks and internal audit findings, ensuring timely closure of required
actions, and provide progress updates and escalations to the Manager of Projects & Corporate Excellence.
➢ Coordinate corporate excellence projects in preparing reports, dashboards, and analyses that deliver
accurate insights to support informed decision-making.
➢ Help facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure CEO Office initiatives are delivered within agreed
timelines and to a high standard of quality.
➢ Monitor the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with
QF’s policies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
➢ Foster a collaborative environment focused on corporate excellence, contributing to Qatarization and
supporting others to achieve best practices.
➢ Perform other tasks and duties as required to meet the role's requirements and QF’s objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering,
or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
➢ 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including some exposure to project coordination, governance,
or corporate excellence roles.
➢ Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Quality/Excellence (e.g., EFQM
Assessor, Lean Six Sigma), or Risk Management are desirable.
➢ Proven experience in supporting or managing projects and initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to
contribute to successful delivery of planned outcomes.
➢ Good organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
➢ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to support
decision-making.
➢ Experience working in large organizations such as educational institutions, non-profit entities, government,
or professional services organizations is an advantage.
➢ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
➢ A quality-focused and improvement-driven mindset, with attention to detail.
