We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our team. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and collaborate with all teams across the company. You will support executive-level decision-making, accelerate operational efficiency, and help scale a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company.
Support executive leadership through strategic analysis, KPI monitoring, and operational planning
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical models (SQL / Metabase / HubSpot / Notion) to drive data-informed decisions across GTM, talent, and company operations
Automate reporting and develop internal tools to enable operational scale, particularly performance tracking
Support executive-level presentations and external materials
Conduct competitive intelligence and maintain the internal cybersecurity & AI competitive monitoring framework
Coordinate Qevlar’s presence at international cybersecurity events, including lead scoring, qualification workflows, and sales enablement support
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence with collaboration, and who can bring clarity, focus, and structure.
Master’s student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL and light scripting (Python)
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about startup environments
Prior experience in operations, consulting, or startups is a plus
