Earbuds Bluetooth Embedded Software Engineer

## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering General Summary: * Software Engineer of Bluetooth embedded software development in Earbuds/Headset. Responsibilities: * Design and develop App(BT, WiFi, Audio)/Platform software in earbuds or headset. * Debug and analyze complex App/Bluetooth/platform issues. * Co-work with CE/AE to resolve all kinds of earbuds issues reported from customer. * Co-work with test team to debug and resolve reported issues. Qualifications: * Fluently in both written and oral English. * Strong C/C++ programming skills with solid debugging capabilities. * Strong knowledge in embedded software development. * Familiarity with RTOS-based development environments. * Excellent communication and coordination capability. * Good self-learning ability. * High degree of initiative and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong knowledge of embedded OS theory and system architecture. * Experience of Bluetooth Stack, Bluetooth Profiles, and Bluetooth Application development. * Experience of Wifi Host, Wifi firmware and Wifi application development. * Good knowledge of Python development. * Ability to understand hardware design. Education requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related fields Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. • 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
