Direct and provide EMEA HR business partnership for leaders across the region; reports to the VP, Human Resources. Responsible for leading EMEA HRBP strategy and execution, including annual review process support, performance management communications, employee engagement activities, local employee communications, talent and succession planning support, and regional organizational effectiveness and restructuring. Leads EMEA HRBP teams and RF360HR and partners closely with communities of practice and local business leaders to deliver aligned, practical HR solutions across EMEA. Strong partnerships and accountability to business leaders, centers of expertise, country HR teams, and regional HR stakeholders. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Team leadership for EMEA HR teams. * Lead and manage EMEA HRBP teams to ensure a consistent regional approach while adhering to companywide strategy, policies, procedures, and applicable local requirements. * Articulate and advocate for the needs of EMEA sites, countries, leaders, and employees across the HR operating model; participate as an EMEA HRBP subject matter expert in strategy and program development, assigning roles and work to provide appropriate country and sub-region coverage. * Serve as the primary EMEA HRBP leadership point of contact for regional collaboration with local business unit leaders and employees. * Drive EMEA communication plans and communicate appropriately with internal regional customers and senior local management to build relationships, ensure alignment and buy-in, achieve HR goals, and manage planned changes across the region. * Provide EMEA executive coaching and advising, employee feedback, organizational advice, guidance, and regional strategy support. * Serve as the EMEA HRBP leader in shaping regional people priorities, facilitating decision making across HR and business stakeholders, and achieving buy-in from internal and external partners. * Drive cross-functional conversations that translate business, country, and EMEA regional needs into people priorities, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. * Drive effective cross-functional collaboration by ensuring HRBPs, COEs, and other partners meet leader and employee expectations, deliver on commitments, and align with overall company strategy. * Work independently with minimal supervision. * Will be required to travel across EMEA locations and to the US. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of HR-related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 12+ years of HR-related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 14+ years of HR-related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Work with EMEA business leaders to solve complex regional problems and oversee implementation of programs * Operationalize EMEA Employee Engagement survey results and EMEA business leader feedback. * Lead the EMEA HRBP team to communicate and coordinate the Annual Review Process to ensure compliance across the region while driving companywide calibration guidelines and executive approvals. * Work across lines of business and EMEA geographies while incorporating country-specific customs, norms, and requirements for cohesive delivery. * Lead EMEA employee communications and coordination across departments, business units, countries, and sub-regions. Lead delivery of HR programs; may customize programs for EMEA needs with governance * Provide input to the design and development of new programs and processes from an EMEA perspective, including talent development delivery, employee and/or labor relations regional processes, talent acquisition localized processes, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs. * Partner with COEs and EMEA HR teams to ensure coordinated rollout of HR programs and processes, including talent development, investigations, local hiring, organizational development, and talent and succession planning. * Translate local needs and organizational strategy into successful people programs and facilitate decisions necessary for delivery by partnering with cross-functional teams. Work in close partnership with HR operations and COEs and provide input on future EMEA priorities * Provide leadership and oversight for escalations, including specific points of contact for required employee follow-up and resolution. * Encourage the use of self-service analytics tools and new HCM systems to influence EMEA decisions and support. *References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
