Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to · Validation and debug of new silicon · ATE HW/SW development · Characterization of device performance over process and operating conditions · Cross functional engineering collaboration to develop test methodologies for advanced packaging technologies · Releasing cost effective production test solutions into mass production All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity in their teams, and in the Company. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field · Experience working with common test equipment (ATE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers) · 3+ years’ Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing, Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Eng or related field · Experience with ATE test platforms, Advantest 93K SOC test systems, design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST, testing CPUs · Experience with silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing · Experience with testing Advanced package technologies · C/C++, Perl, JMP · Knowledge of VLSI design, semiconductor device physics along with computer processor systems, CMOS, Analog, and Mixed Signal circuits such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Codecs and their performance measurements · Strong analytical/problem solving skills · Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work Educational Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field · Preferred: Master’s degree in computer engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related field Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
