Requirements

3–7+ years of experience in field service, electrical service, or a similar technical role
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
Working knowledge of 24V, 120V, and 480V systems
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of fuses, breakers, and transformers
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Willingness to travel 75%+, including occasional short-notice travel
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with data center power infrastructure
Familiarity with switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, RPPs, or similar equipment
Previous commissioning support experience
OSHA certification or formal safety training

Reliable and comfortable solving problems independently

Professional and composed in customer-facing environments

Detail-oriented and accountable for completed work

Collaborative and responsive when working with engineering and field teams

Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
