  • Minimum of 2 years of professional engineering experience in product design, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience designing power distribution, power protection, or electrical enclosure products.
  • Working knowledge of electrical safety and compliance standards, including UL and IEC requirements.
  • At least 2 years of experience using SolidWorks for 3D modeling, assemblies, and mechanical design analysis.
  • Experience performing thermal and structural evaluations of mechanical designs.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal design, manufacturing processes, assembly drawings, and design-for-manufacturability practices.
  • Technical writing and documentation experience.
  • Experience designing test fixtures or supporting product validation activities.
  • Familiarity with switchboards, power distribution units (PDUs), power panels, UL 891, and UL 508A standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality.
