We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale customer programs involving engineered electrical systems and power distribution solutions. This role manages projects from post-contract transition through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.
Based onsite at a production facility, this position works closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex projects.
- Lead assigned programs from contract handoff through final delivery and customer acceptance
- Manage overall execution, including scope, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Facilitate internal project kickoff meetings with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum
- Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements for accuracy
- Support scope clarification and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between contractual requirements, engineering outputs, and production deliverables
- Support billing milestones, documentation requirements, and customer acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary coordination point between engineering, production, quality, logistics, and commercial teams
- Maintain visibility and accountability across all project phases
- Oversee configuration updates and ensure changes are communicated clearly across teams
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining project progress
- Lead scheduled project status meetings with customers and external partners
- Provide clear updates on schedule, testing, manufacturing progress, and delivery timelines
- Manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout each engagement
- Represent the organization in high-visibility project discussions and reviews
