Job Title: Website Developer & AI Automation Specialist Location: Delhi, India / onsite Department: Marketing / Technology Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a skilled Website Developer & AI Automation Specialist who can manage, build, optimize, and automate our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Web flow, Shopify, website performance, integrations, and AI-based automation tools. This role is ideal for someone who understands both design execution and backend logic — someone who can build clean websites, improve user experience, automate workflows, and support digital growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and update websites on WordPress, Web flow, and Shopify. Create landing pages, service pages, blog layouts, forms, and conversion-focused website sections. Manage website speed, responsiveness, SEO structure, security, and performance optimization. Handle website integrations with CRM, forms, email marketing tools, WhatsApp, payment gateways, and analytics platforms. Use AI tools to improve business processes, lead management, content workflows, reporting, and customer communication. Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, hosting, domains, plugins, tracking codes, and third-party integrations. Coordinate with marketing, SEO, design, and sales teams to execute website and automation requirements. Maintain website backups, updates, plugin management, and basic security checks. Create dashboards or automated reports where required. Required Skills Strong experience with WordPress, Web flow, and Shopify. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and responsive design. Experience with Elementor, custom themes, CMS collections, Shopify themes, and Web flow CMS. Understanding of website SEO basics, page speed, schema, redirects, and technical optimization. Ability to integrate forms, CRM, email tools, WhatsApp, analytics, pixels, and APIs. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and tracking setup. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Benefits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Field, IT, Web Development, or related field is preferred. 2–4 years of practical experience in website development and automation.
