Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience and hands-on exposure to project management. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys problem-solving, leading discovery sessions, and translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, bridging client needs with technical delivery, while coordinating project activities, workflows, and timelines to ensure successful Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and related platform implementations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Requirements & Solution Design Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders Analyze and document business processes across multiple departments Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, solution designs, and process maps Provide recommendations for workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and other applications Anticipate business challenges and provide proactive solutions aligned with client objectives Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management Serve as a key advisor to clients, guiding them on Zoho best practices and implementation strategies Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately Facilitate executive-level and operational stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), hyper care, capture feedback, and ensure requirements are met Governance & Quality Assurance Develop and maintain high-quality documentation: functional specifications, process maps, governance frameworks Ensure solution delivery meets agreed business requirements, compliance, and best practices Provide post-implementation support and process optimization guidance to clients Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field Experience: 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst with proven experience in SaaS or CRM implementations Extensive experience with Zoho applications or similar enterprise platforms Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional specification development Experience with workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and API integrations Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities Key Competencies: Strategic thinker with a solution-focused mindset Strong leadership and mentorship skills Client-oriented and persuasive communicator Detail-oriented with high documentation standards Able to navigate complex business challenges KPIs / Success Metrics: Accuracy and completeness of requirement documentation Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption rates Successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives Mentorship and development of junior/mid-level BAs Contribution to process improvement and delivery excellence Benefits Career Growth – Opportunities to develop in both Business Analysis and Project Management career paths.
