Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing channels
- Improve MQL to SQL conversion rates
- Drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities
- Optimize campaigns for better lead quality and ROI
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Email Marketing
- Retargeting Campaigns
- Webinars & Virtual Events
- Content Marketing Campaigns
- Support ABM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Engage HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers
- Work closely with Sales teams to improve account engagement
- Track campaign performance and improve conversion rates
- Analyze:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- SQL Conversion
- Campaign ROI
- Pipeline Contribution
- Use data-driven insights for campaign optimization
- Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and optimization
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered marketing platforms for content creation and campaign efficiency
- Work with Sales, SDR, Content, and Design teams
- Align campaigns with GTM priorities and business goals
- Maintain strong coordination between Marketing and Sales teams
Requirements
